The Center for Investigative Reporting in Serbia (CINS), based in Belgrade, is unique organization in Serbia, engaged in investigative reporting with organized crime and corruption as its main focus. CINS works on investigative projects and stories in all spheres of society: education, sport, health, employment, politics, drugs and cigarette smuggling, falsification of documents and medicines, financial fraud and more. It was founded in 2007 by The Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia. Today it is a modern, autonomous and independent news agency whose stories are often republished by local and regional print and electronic media. Major news websites in Serbia publish CINS’s stories and the number of visitors to its website,, is continuously increasing. CINS’s work is available to all media free of charge and can be republished with attribution.
